Chelsey is a certified holistic health coach and content creator. After transforming her own health, she turned her focus to helping others improve their relationship with their body and food. She graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and now works with clients one-on-one to help them achieve their unique health and wellness goals.

She also co-hosts the What We Said podcast with her best friend Jaci, which has amassed a loyal Gen Z and young Millenial following with over 15 Million+ downloads. They speak candidly about health, relationships, and life, with girl talk that ranges from encouraging motivation + self-help tips to reading listener’s real life embarrassing stories, and dishing out some much needed advice. Listeners can expect to laugh, wonder where men get the audacity, and leave feeling uplifted.
Chelsey currently lives in Orange County with her husband, Nick, her Great Dane, Sophie, and recently welcomed her first son, Kase, this past Christmas.
